LaMaison du Stevia is happy to offer the first dark chocolate with Rebaudioside A, the natural extract of Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni.
This choclate is made in Switzerland by the Master Confectioner Villars, established in Fribourg since 1901. Villare is the first manufacturer to market a stevia-based food product in Switzerland.
It took over 18 months for Villars to invent this new recipe for our « Black 70% » chocolate which has 4% of sugar only. Villars’ philosophy was to discard all colouring agents and artificial aromas. The chocolate maker was immediately seduced by the first studies made in Switzerland on Rebaudioside A extracted from Stevia.
Apart from Stevia, this 70% dark chocolaté combines the powers of cocoas grown in Ghana and in Ecuador.
It nicely meets the needs of the people who want to treat themselves while reducing their consumption of sugar.
