400g flour 150g cottage cheese 6g yeast 40g butter ¼ stevia
Mix together the flour, yeast, stevia and cottage cheese. Then add the butter. Let it raise. Form Small rolls, place them on a cake trayand let them raise again.
Then bake in pre-heated oven at thermostat 6 for 20 minutes I guess, as the roll swere forgotten in my oven ! But they were all eaten up at tea-time, despite their hard crust though they were mellow in their centre. With some salty butter on them, they were such a treat !!!

Extract from the blog Sweetener made with stevia extract P*****A 1.79 euro for 40 doses totalling 60 grams i.e about 1.5g for one coffee dose (with my stevia, this would amount to…500g of sugar ! A huge amount for a simple coffee, don’t you think ?). I haven’t found the info yet. On the package, you can read 97% stevia but I don’t know how they can do it ! I haven’t the slightest idea as to what manufactureres cana dd to this product for diluting so much of it ! I would love to know how they do it ! I taste dit : on top of my wet finger and then into my mouth. I could do this gesture all day long without having a feeling of disgust. My friend, who introduced me to stevia, confirme dit :she has to use a lot of it (same quantity as with powderaspartame). There is no photo, it has nothing to do with the one I tasted ! Here is what I tasted( editor’s note : La Maison du Stevia’s) I tell you it is not advisable to repeat the sameexperience : much too pungent. Price of the product :9.95 euros for 9 grams., which corresponds to 3 kilos of beetroot sugar. Here is a true 97% stevia ! It is true that you need to know how to dose it. Do not use a teaspoon but the tip of the knife. So this jewel (I will talk about it longer , for we have truly loved dit !), I found it at La Maison du Stevia ( http://www.lamaisondustevia.com/). Additional information : Clo gave us the ingredients for Stevia in large-scale food retailing. I am completing the information : 2% stevia, 98%maltodextrose or maltodextrine.
