Here is the solution for all lovers of homemade jams and jellies that want to reduce their sugar intake! Build your own jams / jellies with no added sugar with ease with our confistevia. Powdered jam and jelly house. Sealed plastic tray of 900g. Also available in 90g glass jar format. Remember to take a look at our preparations of fruit jams & jellies type.

USE

      
The plastic tray sealed in 900g to 20kg of fruit preparation (20 liters of juice or fruit 10kg + 10L of water)

     
Just prepare your fruit as usual, without added sugar, and add to the preparation Confistevia. Mix well to avoid lumps.

     
When cooked, it is imperative to boil 3 minutes preparation before potting hot jam or jelly.

 

COMPOSITION

      
Inulin (natural extract of root organic agave in Mexico). It is a dietary fiber extracted from chicory roots or agave. Inulin is a prebiotic recognized (which stimulates the growth and metabolic activity of non-pathogenic bacteria of the intestinal flora). The dietary fiber is soluble, not absorbed by the body, taste neutral and zero glycemic index.

Stevia (rebaudioside A). Our natural extract of Stevia (also called rebaudioside A or reba) is extracted from Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni plants grown in organic farming in South America, in their original birthplace. A first extraction is made in South America (about 60% of Rebaudiside A) and final purification (> 97%) is made in France. The remaining 3% consist of other molecules of the stevia leaf.

  
  RECOMMENDATIONS

      
To prevent the Confistevia make lumps, you should mix it with a drummer to the water used to cook the fruit.

     
To extend the life of your jam or jelly house, add a little acidity to your preparation. For example you can add the juice of one fresh lemon.

The shelf life of your production house is 12 months, sterilized jar and sealed with packing. After the pot is opened, refrigerate 2 to 3 weeks.
