In order to fully satisfy all our customers, we have established a quality charter house inspired by ISO 9001 and HACCP.
PRODUCTION
For products manufactured by us, our staff is trained in hygiene and we check regularly the implementation of the rules.
We have also established a system of traceability of the house of Stevia from raw materials to shipment.
In the same vein, the products we do not manufacture ourselves are given to suppliers who have been carefully selected after site visits to production to guarantee product quality.
STORAGE AND SHIPPING
For storage, our products are stored within our institution, in a cool, dry place.
Next shipment, we carry ourselves in making your packages with the utmost care. Each product is packaged carefully so as not to suffer any damage during transport to your place of delivery.
Orders received before noon are shipped within 48 hours maximum, except for breach of any of the products ordered.
Note that when you register your order, you can add comments to be taken into account when preparing your order, such as desired date of receipt of the order.
