RASPBERRY TIRAMISU WITH STEVIA

Ingredients
For 4
125 g mascarpone
2 eggs
1 tablespoonful of sugar
1touch of stevia (5 mg, on the point of a knife)
1 handful of raspberries
Sponge fingers
Coffee

Preparation
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Cream the yolks and sugar together until pale in colour
Add the mascarpone to the batter and incorporate the beaten egg whites into the previous batter
Add the stevia and mix till you get a frothy batter
Crush the raspberries and save
Prepare a full-flavoured coffee and save
Line the tiramisu in the following order twice :
Coffee-soaked sponge fingers
Batter with mascarpone
Crushed strawberries
Keep in the fridge for 3 hours and enjoy lightly !
My recommendation : Stevia is a powerful sweetener, so add it gradually and taste each time you add it. |
