USE

COMPOSITION
Ingredients: Erythritol, Rebaudioside A (extracted from the plant Stevia rebaudiana)
Our natural extract of Stevia (called also rebaudioside A or rebA) is extracted from plantations of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni, cultivated in organic agriculture in South America, in their original cradle. A first extraction is made in South America (approximately 60 % of Rebaudiside A) and the final purification (98 %) is made in France. The remaining 2 % consist of the other molecules of the leaf of Stevia.
The erythritol is a natural sweetener which is in fruits, fermented food or wipe soya. It sweetens 60 % less than sugar and do not bring either sugar, or calorie. Its GI (glycemic index) is zero, just like rebaudioside A, that means body does not need insulin to metabolize it.

Ideal for all diabetics people (GI=0), in slimming diet or wishing to reduce their consumption of sugar in everyday life.
It is advisable to hold this jar shielded from the humidity, the erythritol which can make small agglomerates with the humidity of the air.
